Making a return is easy by contacting us online for a return authorization number within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact hello@gentsandbros.com to obtain a return authorization number.

A return authorization number is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure. Please note: return authorization number does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged or otherwise not in the original condition.
All returns must be returned new, unused, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
All exchanges request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item in order for an exchange request to be processed. Due to the select nature of our merchandise, GENTS & BROS regrets that we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please contact hello@gentsandbros.com  for exchange assistance.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Once your package has been received at GENTS & BROS your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care immediately.
