OUR SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
USPS Priority Mail : 1-3 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express : 1 business day
Shipping rates are based off the weight of the package and the location the package is being shipped.
All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS from 9am -5pm PST, Monday through Friday.
Orders over $250 may require a signature upon receipt.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Insurance: GENTS & BROS insures each purchase from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We may require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Making a return is easy by contacting us online for a return authorization number within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number.
A return authorization number is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure. Please note: return authorization number does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged or otherwise not in the original condition.
All returns must be returned new, unused, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
All exchanges request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item in order for an exchange request to be processed. Due to the select nature of our merchandise, GENTS & BROS regrets that we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
for exchange assistance.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Once your package has been received at GENTS & BROS your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care immediately.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we'll provide you with instructions for your exchange.Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
